Here’s a general outline of the land allotment process with the Various Authority:
Availability of Land: The Authorities announces the availability of land through advertisements or notifications in leading newspapers and its official website. The land can be for residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, or other purposes.
Application Submission: We guide users through the application submission for land allotment. This includes providing Complete documentation with submission of application .
Application Scrutiny: The Authority reviews all the received applications to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria and comply with the specified requirements.
Auction (if applicable): In some cases, particularly for commercial or industrial plots, the Authority may conduct a public auction to determine the allotment. Interested parties participate in the auction by submitting bids, and the highest bidder secures the allotment. we also provide Auction support service.
Allotment Letter: After scrutinizing the applications and auction (if applicable), the Authority issues an allotment letter to the successful applicants. The letter contains details of the allotted land, terms and conditions, and payment schedule.
Payment of Allotment Amount: The allottee are required to make the payment for the allotted land as per the specified payment schedule mentioned in the allotment letter.
Execution of Allotment Papers: Once the payment is made, the allottees must execute the necessary documents and agreements with the Noida Authority to complete the allotment process officially.
Possession of Land: Upon the completion of all formalities and payments, the Noida Authority hands over the possession of the allotted land to the allottees.
