CHECK-LIST OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR  INDUSTRIAL PLOT

  1. IT PAN and Aadhar photo copy of Authorised Signatory/ Applicant.
  2. Self Attested Photo, Signature Of Authorised Signatory on plain paper .
  3. One cancelled cheque for refund bank details .

4.  Email id & Mobile no. of the Applicant for registration

In Case Applicant is a Private Limited Company /LLP/ Partnership Firm

  1. Certificate of Incorporation
  2. Last 3 Year Balance sheet and ITR of Company
  3. Last 3 Year Balance sheet and ITR of Directors/Partners
  4. GST Registration copy
  5. MSME
  6. PAN Card copy
  7. Partnership Deed and Form A and Form B In Case Of Partnership Firm

Source of Funding – Own Funds

Photocopy Of Listed Company Shares/NSCs/Bonds/ FDR/ Bank Balance Certificate .

Source of Funding – Unsecured Loan from friends & Relatives

Affidavit by lender with copy of source of funds

Source of Funding – Loan from Bank

Liquidity certificate from any nationalized bank/ scheduled bank.
